SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods such as holidays or special promotions processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders have an extended processing time of 7–14 business days. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge and agree to this timeline. Lakay Co. is not responsible for delays beyond the estimated window caused by production or carrier issues, however we will communicate any significant delays to you directly.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Lakay Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Holidays and Weather Delays During peak holiday seasons and in the event of severe weather or natural disasters carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control. Lakay Co. is not responsible for these delays.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Returned to Sender If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Lakay Co. will contact you by email to arrange reshipment. If we do not hear back within 14 days the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages Lakay Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the issue persists contact us at lakayco1804@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Lakay Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error contact us immediately at lakayco1804@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted.

International and Caribbean Shipping We currently ship primarily within the United States. Limited international shipping may be available to select Caribbean countries including Haiti. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Lakay Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
