REFUND POLICY

At Lakay Co., every order is made with care and intention. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final Because our products are custom printed and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong phone model selected, or ordering the wrong color. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours your order has entered production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at lakayco1804@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or refund you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at lakayco1804@gmail.com with the following: your order number, a clear photo of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue. Damage to the outer packaging only without damage to the actual product does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Once we review your claim we will respond within 3–5 business days. If approved we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lakayco1804@gmail.com.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of what you received. We will send the correct item at no additional charge.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it please check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier contact us at lakayco1804@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a resolution. Lakay Co. reserves the right to require a carrier investigation to be completed before issuing a replacement or refund for lost packages.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes If you have an issue with your order please contact us directly at lakayco1804@gmail.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently banned from placing future orders with Lakay Co.

Pre-Orders All pre-orders are final sale. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge and agree to the estimated processing and shipping timeline stated at the time of purchase. Pre-order timelines may be subject to change and customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund: items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear, items returned without prior authorization, and items where the 7-day claim window has passed.
